We explain the process of a real estate transaction in Corralejo: We helped the owner to put the property on the market in better conditions than previously, and found the ideal buyers, qualified by their purchasing capacity and interest in a property with the same characteristics as the one offered.

From the solarium you have 360º views, from which you can see the sea and the popular island of Lobos, the mythical spot of Punta Elena, the town of Corralejo, even the great beaches where you can see numerous kitesurfing kites.

The basement floor has a spacious entertainment room where you can play foosball or spend afternoons and movie nights, along with two bedrooms and its own full bathroom.
