La villa se encuentra en la zona más demandada de Corralejo, Grandes Playas, con sensacionales vistas.
Se trata de una villa independiente, que cuenta con 5 Habitaciones, 3 Baños, en una superficie útil de 175 m²; consta de tres niveles: En la planta baja de la vivienda, se encuentra la entrada principal, se ubica el salón-comedor de la vivienda que tiene un ventanal que da acceso a la zona exterior de barbacoa y chill out, cocina equipada, dos dormitorios y un cuarto de baño completo.

La planta en sótano tiene una espaciosa estancia de ocio donde jugar al futbolín o pasar tardes y noches de cine, junto con dos dormitorios y su propio cuarto de baño completo.
La villa está ubicada en el centro de la parcela y rodeada por un jardín de 292m2, en los cuales se encuentra la zona chill out y de barbacoa. En la parte trasera de la vivienda se ubica la estupenda piscina privada con zona de hamacas.
La vivienda se encontraba completamente equipada y lista para entrar a vivir.
Los compradores estaban interesados en una propiedad que estuviera cerca del mar, preferiblemente con vistas desde la parte superior y a su vez, que la zona tuviera todos los servicios.
