The amounts of deductions<\/strong> are increased<\/strong>, such as deductions for investment, energy rehabilitation, carrying out adaptation works due to disability or renting of the habitual residence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deduction for investment in primary residence:<\/strong> 5%<\/strong> for incomes below \u20ac25,500, 3.5% for incomes between \u20ac25,500 and \u20ac45,500, with increases for those under 40 years of age. The maximum base is \u20ac6,000 per year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deduction for Energy Rehabilitation Works on Habitual Housing:<\/strong> 12%<\/strong> (maximum 10% of the regional tax liability) on amounts destined to improve the energy efficiency of the habitual residence owned by the taxpayer. It excludes works in areas such as gardens, swimming pools or sports facilities. The maximum annual base is 7,000 euros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deduction for Works of Adaptation of Habitual Housing due to Disability<\/strong>: Deduction of 14%<\/strong> (18% if the taxpayer or beneficiary is over 65 years old) on expenses destined to the accessibility of persons with disabilities equal or superior to 65%. Maximum base: 15,000 euros <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deduction for Rent of Habitual Housing<\/strong>: Deduction of 24%<\/strong> (maximum 740 euros per year) if the rent exceeds 10% of the income obtained. Maximum income: 45,500 euros; increases in joint taxation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deduction for rentals linked to dation in payment<\/strong>: Deduction of 25%<\/strong>(maximum 1,200 euros per year) for rentals linked to dation in payment, with income not exceeding 45,500 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n
